Alice will demonstrate the basic preparation techniques you will need to put raw dishes together. In addition, Alice will outline the ideal process of transitioning quickly, healthfully and painlessly to the raw vegan diet from other diets, including those that contain animal products and processed foods. She will also highlight potential pitfalls you may encounter along the way.
